This study aims to realize the archive governance that can support organizational managerial capabilities.
Problems found in partners are lack of knowledge about archive management and lack of human resources to
perform archive management. Partners in this research are teachers and education personnel. This study used
descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from observation and interview. Solutions offered to face problems
faced by partners that will be held archival training and mentoring. Archival training consists of material creation
use, to the destruction of the archives. The results of partner satisfaction viewed from the training preparation
show that the majority (over 60%) of the partners revealed Training Themes, Timeliness, Atmosphere,
Completeness of Materials, Organizers Attitudes and Tools used in good training. The accompaniment is related
to the activity of classifying the archive code according to the need, making the label, entering the document
according to the label and arrangement of the document into the storage cabinet. Good archival management
supports the achievement of an organization's goals. Effective and effective archive management has an effect on
both data retrieval and information for the organization for policy and decision making materials.
