The aims of this community service were (1) Increasing knowledge of Ata craftsmen in Seraya Timur Village Karangasem District for preparing and submitting funding proposal from financial institution, (2) Increasing knowledge of Ata craftsmen about business legality and how to make contract formulation/product sale agreement (3) Improving knowledge and understanding of marketing management based on technology, and (4) Improving the understanding of financial management. The method used in this activity was in the form of training carried out assertively by coming to a group of participants who were located at a certain place and then given the training by the expert.Furthermore, focus group discussion (FGD) was conducted as follow-up training. The program was also aimed at creating a collaborative climate in the mutualist dimension between universities and the community at large under the coordination of local district government.The duration of implementation of activities is 8 (eight) months starting from the planning stage, implementation to the evaluation process in Seraya Timur Village, Karangasem Subdistrict, with 30 participants. Solutions that can be applied as well as outcome of the activities given in these two groups are (1) training of proposal submission of fund/capital, the result of this training is proposal with simple languageand produce a guide book of proposal submission of funds to financial institutions; (2) socialization and training on the preparation of import export contracts; (3) website marketing establishment and management, (4) production management and marketing strengthening, with the outline of guide book of arrangement of cash flow with simple language.
