Abstract

The purpose of this study were to improve the understanding and skill of school teachers on character
education integration through Satua bali in science learning through lesson study. To achieve these activities, the
activities undertaken included: 1) seminars on science learning devices, Satua Bali, and lesson study. 2)
workshop on designing Satua Bali based on science learning devices. 3) The mentoring process was applied
during applying the learning device based on Satua Bali in the classroom through lesson study. The result of the
activity stated that there are in increase of teachers understanding on character education integration through
Satua bali in science learning through lesson study of 35.5%. In addition, there are an increase fn teachers' skills
in applying the character education integration through Satua bali in science learning by 15.5%.
