Abstract

Temurejo village is known as the center of siam orange and dragon fruit in Banyuwangi regency. The
problem is when the harvest arrives, the selling price of dragon fruit and siam orange decrease drastically which
affectsto the loss of farmers. The purpose of this activity is to introduce simple technology to Temurejo villagers
about the processing of dragon fruit and siam oranges to be some marketable products, so that it can increase
the economic value of the fruit and improve the prosperity of farmers. In addition, the processed products of
dragon fruit and orange siam was also expected to be integrated with fruit pickup tours that already exist in the
Temurejo village, so that it will become an interesting the concept of agro-tourism. The methods used in this
activity was socialization and training / practice. The result of this activity wasthe Temurejo villagers had been
able to produce some marketable processed product of dragon fruit and siam orange. They weredragon fruit
juice, siam orange fruit juice, dragon fruitdodol, siam orange fruit dodol, and also dragon fruit jam.
