ANALISIS POTENSI HASIL FERMENTASI TAUGE SEBAGAI PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR
The study of nutrient levels and fitohormons in fermented bean sprouts and its usage as a liquid organic fertilizer in increasing the production of chili has been conducted in Bogor for seven months. This research is intended to: 1) analyzes the levels of macro-micro nutrients, and fitohormons in fermented bean sprouts, and 2) analyse the influence of the use of the fermented bean sprouts as a liquid organic fertilizer in increasing the plant chili production (the amount of fruit and weight of fruit). This research was conducted in two different stages. In the first stage, 2 kg, 4 kg, and 6 kg of crushed bean sprouts have fermented for 6 weeks using 1 liter of EM4, 1 kg of sugar and 20 litres of aquades. The results to find out from the fermentation specimen are the macro nutrient contents (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S), micro nutrient contents (Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe), and several fitohormon levels (auksin, kinetin, zeatin, giberelin). In the second phase of trial performed chili planting as a test of fermented bean sprouts as a liquid organic fertilizer with doses of 0, 12 ml/l, 24 ml/l and 36 ml/l that are given every week. . Observation on chili production was done on fruit which aged 4 months old. The results showed that the fermented bean sprouts contained macro nutrient content of N > K > Ca > P > Mg > S, micro nutrient content of Fe > Cu > Zn > Mn, and gibberellin > auksin > kinetin >zeatin of fitohormon levels. The amount of fruit and weight of chili fruit given liquid organic fertilizer from fermented bean sprouts is higher than unfertilized plants. The highest amount of fruit and fruit weight came from chili plant which was given organic fertilizer of fermented liquid of 6 kg bean sprouts with dose of 36 ml /l.
