POLA PARTISIPASI PENYULUH PERTANIAN DALAM KEGIATAN TUTORIAL ONLINE DI KELAS PARALEL
One of the learning processes for agricultural extension workers who study at Universitas Terbuka is through online tutorial activities. This paper aims to analyze their participation patterns in online tutorial activities in two parallel classes, especially in accessing the initiation materials, discussions, and assigned tasks. The grades of tutorial online were used to elaborate the findings. Using an exploratory research design, the respondents were 175 students in parallel classes of 01 and 02 on the course of Programa and Evaluation of Agricultural Extension. Data were collected through documentation and observation during 8 weeks of online tutorial activities, and analyzed quantitatively. The findings indicated that generally their participation in the two parallel classes tended to has the same patterns in online tutorial activities, which may be do to their similar conditions in terms of individual characteristics and background.
