Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity of the results of the development of teaching materials information systems with project-based learning model. The developed teaching materials aims to improve the learning outcomes of the students of Informatics Engineering Department of Undiksha. Development of instructional materials following the ADDIE development procedure covering five stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation and (5) evaluation. The initial phase of the research is carried out until the development stage. The end of the development stage is to validate the teaching materials. Validation includes content validation and constructs. Content validation refers to the content of the resource according to the theory of development and conformity to the characteristics of the learning model. The construct validation refers to the interrelationship between the component of the instructional material and the model characteristics. The validation value of the construct is obtained through the validator assessment. The results obtained are validation of construct of teaching materials including very valid category. The next phase is the implementation stage to see the practicality and effectiveness of teaching materials.
