EFEKTIVITAS PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN BERORIENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DENGAN MODEL TREFFINGER TERHADAP KREATIVITAS MATEMATIKA SISWA
This study aimed to develop and gain an effective mathematics teaching materials with character education oriented by Treffinger model to improve students’ mathematical creativity. In this study, the teaching materials are including students’ handbooks, teacher's instructional guide book, and lesson plans. Plomp's development procedure was applied to conduct this study, which consisted of five steps including: 1) initial investigation, 2) designing, 3) realization, (4) testing, evaluation, and revision, and (5) implementation. The results of limited trials show that the teaching materials effectively enhance students' mathematical creativity. This result can be seen from the average score test of students' mathematical creativity is 86,37 classified as complete category and the average score of student activity is 3,64 classified as very active category. The teaching material that have been developed are also in the categories very valid and practical. Based on the results of limited trials, then the teaching material were revised to produce a final prototype that is ready to be implemented.
