Abstract

This research aims to make the design and to make prototype of smart guide system based on beacons technology in Bali Museum. This research uses waterfall development model which has stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. In the requirements analysis phase, it analyzes functional and non-functional requirements of the system. At the design stage of the system, it designs the system architecture, database, system interface. The system is divided into two systems which are administrator page with website and the application of smart guide museum based on mobile. At the implementation stage, it developed a prototype smart guide museum system, which then continued to do black box and white box testing. The result of this research is prototype of smart guide museum system with beacons technology.
