Potensi Upacara Keagamaan Hindu Bali Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Biologi
This research aims to map the potential of Balinese Hindu religious ceremony as an effective and efficient biology learning media. The ceremonial activity referred to in this research is a ceremonial activity that belongs to Panca Yadnya. The research method is done by descriptive research method. Data were collected through observation, interview and document study. The data collected were analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. Based on data analysis of research results and discussion, it can be concluded that the religious ceremony of Hindu Bali based on Panca Yadnya has huge potential to be a biology learning media in various topics, materials and important concepts. The great potential is supported by several advantages that are able to provide original media through direct experience, contribute to preserve the culture and local wisdom of ancestral heritage and also provide concrete actions in the practice of religious teachings.
