PENGARUH FUN OUTBOUND UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI SISWA DALAM MENGIKUTI PEMBELAJARAN PENJAS PADA SISWA KELAS XI DI SMK YISCA CILAMAYA KARAWANG

Abstract

To answer the formulation of research problems formulated, the authors use a quantitative approach with experimental methods. This research was conducted in SMK Yisca Cilamaya Karawang by taking one class as sample of research that is class XI marketing which amounted to 30 sample from student of class XI. There are three stages in this research: pretest, treatment or treatment, and posttest. Pretest done to know the level of motivation of student before get treatment or treatment, after done pretest researcher give treatment that is by giving fun outbound to know level of student motivation in learning pemas. This study authors use experimental methods conducted for 3 months with 6 meetings. The instrument used is in the form of questionnaire on the initial test and final test. Result of hypothesis test on treatment sample seen t arithmetic = 2,308 with real level = 0,05 and degree of freedom (dk) = n - 1 = 29 got number = 2,048. Therefore t arithmetic = 2.308> t table = 2.048, then the hypothesis is rejected because it resides in the rejection of the hypothesis. So show that after using fun outbound have an effect on to student's learning motivation in following learning pemas at student of class XI at SMK YISCA Cilamaya Karawang.
