Pengaruh Limbah Cair Tambak Udang Terhadap Kepadatan Sel dan Laju Pertumbuhan Spesifik Chlorella sp.
The purpose of this research was to assess dosage of liquid waste from white shrimp farm that used to produce the highest cell density and the fastest of specific growth rate in the Chlorella sp. The method used in this study is the experimental method with four treatments (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) and 3 replications. Dependant factor in this research is cell density and specific growth rate. Data obtained from the results of subsequent studies analyzed statistically by completely randomized design (CRD) using statistical applications, SPSS version 16.0. The results utilization of a dose as much as 25% resulted in the highest cell density (86,750 cells/ml) and the fastest specific growth rate (0.341).
