Abstract

The use of model, method and stability between exercise activity duration and time interval were very important to achieve maximum results. This research aimed at analyzing the combination model of circuit intensity with interval ratio to physical condition. The sample of this research were the athletes who joined PORPROV Bali 2017. The data resulted from the comparison between pre-test and post-test were analyzed by using Multivariate Analysis of Variance in the form of “MANOVA” test. The results showed that 1) a low-intensity training model with a combination of significant improvement intervals on "agility" physical condition; 2) medium intensity training model with a combination of significant improvement intervals on "explosive power, durability and flexibility" physical conditions; 3) high-intensity training models with combination interval of significant increase on "speed, coordination, reaction, strength, balance and accuracy" physical condition. Thus, the training model on each athlete is different depend on his/her ability and need.
