PELATIHAN SIMULASI WAWANCARA KERJA DAN ETIKET KOMUNIKASI PROFESIONAL BAGI SISWA SMK DI KABUPATEN BULELENG

Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerja (employability skills) siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan di Buleleng dengan memperkuat kemampuan mereka dalam etika komunikasi profesional, penulisan curriculum vitae (CV), dan simulasi wawancara kerja. Program ini dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan mendesak dalam penyusunan resume, teknik wawancara, etika kerja, dan perilaku profesional yang belum mendapat penekanan memadai dalam kurikulum sekolah yang ada. Metode implementasi meliputi studi kasus, presentasi materi terstruktur, simulasi, dan sesi bimbingan lanjutan sebelum siswa menjalani magang industri. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta yang tinggi, dengan skor rata-rata Likert melebihi 4,0 di semua komponen pelatihan. Peserta melaporkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan praktis, dan kepercayaan diri mereka, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk berprestasi lebih baik dalam proses seleksi kompetitif dan beradaptasi dengan sukses di lingkungan kerja.
