Abstrak

Kesejahteraan psikologis guru merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Namun, banyak guru menghadapi distress psikologis akibat beban kerja, tuntutan administratif, serta keterbatasan akses pendampingan psikologis. Kondisi ini kerap tidak disadari, sehingga guru berisiko mengalami kelelahan kerja dan penurunan kinerja. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, tim mengembangkan program pendampingan berbasis Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif guru sejak tahap identifikasi masalah, pelatihan, hingga refleksi. Program dilakukan di tiga sekolah dasar mitra di Kota Denpasar dengan melibatkan 51 guru. Pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan tentang distress psikologis, pengenalan asesmen reflektif berbasis pre-test dan post-test, serta sesi diskusi reflektif untuk membangun kesadaran diri. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan kuesioner, observasi, dan refleksi tertulis guru. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan data awal pemetaan distress psikologis guru sekaligus menumbuhkan kebiasaan reflektif yang dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan aksi lanjutan dalam mendukung kesehatan mental guru.
