PENDAMPINGAN GURU SD MENGOPTIMALKAN DEEP LEARNING MELALUI MODEL ARSELTHK

Penerapan deep learning memiliki relevansi dengan 21st Century Skills yakni: foundational literacies, Competencies, dan character qualities. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memanbantu guru mengoptimalkan deep learning melalui ARSELTHK learning model sehingga ketercapaian foundational litercises, Competencies, dan character qualities menjadi optimal. Metode pengabdian berbentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan pada guru SDN 1 Baktiseraga, SDN 1 Pemaron, dan SDN 6 Panji sebanyak 6 orang. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) 10 % guru (1 orang) mampu menyusun bahan materi digital sederhana dalam kategori sangat baik, 80% guru (4 orang) baik, dan 10% guru (1 orang) kurang baik, (2) Persentase capaian karakter siswa dalam kategori Membudaya (M) sebesar 86,67% (3) materi digital dan implementasinya melalui ARSELTHK learning model dapat mengoptimalkan foundational literacies, Competencies, dan character qualities, dan (4) Tingkat keterlibatan orang tua dalam pengembangan karakter siswa sangat tinggi. Model ARSELTHK secara langsung mengoptimalkan ketiga pilar deep learning. Kolaborasi guru, orang tua, dan siswa (AR) menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang holistik dan koheren, sehingga pemahaman siswa menjadi meaningful karena konteks pembelajaran diperkaya oleh pengalaman di rumah dan dukungan dari semua pihak. Kemudian, integrasi SEL melatih siswa untuk mengelola emosi dan merefleksikan proses belajar mereka sendiri, sehingga mendorong mindful learning. Nilai-nilai THK, berperan dalam menumbuhkan karakter gotong royong dan kepedulian lingkungan, yang menjadikan proses belajar lebih otentik dan relevan. Media digital yang dimanfaatkan dalam model ARSELTHK berfungsi sebagai alat untuk memicu keterlibatan yang menyenangkan (Joyful learning)
