PENGUATAN LITERASI DIGITAL GURU DALAM MENGOPTIMALKAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DAN ASESMEN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI

Literasi digital merupakan kompetensi esensial bagi guru di era Revolusi Industri 5.0, namun kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang menghadapi kendala akibat minimnya fasilitasi pelatihan yang praktis. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kompetensi literasi digital guru dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran dan asesmen melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif. Kegiatan yang berfokus pada praktik langsung ini melibatkan 20 orang guru dan dievaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, serta kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor rata-rata kompetensi peserta, dari 83.20 menjadi 97.80, dengan penurunan standar deviasi dari 7,000 menjadi 3,000. Peningkatan ini terjadi secara merata di semua kategori masa kerja, didukung oleh tingkat partisipasi di atas 90% dan kepuasan peserta mencapai 100%. Disimpulkan bahwa metode pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital guru dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai model untuk program serupa
