Upaya memotivasi peserta didik dalam.pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang menggembirakan, bermakna,
kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) di desa sangat diperlukan guna menciptakan
pemerataan pendidikan dan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Faktanya, Bahasa Inggris di SDN di
desa masih sangat sulit dipelajari, diajarkan oleh guru kelas yang memiliki keterbatasan kompetensi bidang studi
Bahasa Inggris, terbatas atau tidak adanya lembaga bimbingan belajar Bahasa Inggris di pedesaan, pentingnya
Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa komunikasi internasiona penunjang sektor pariwisata, dan perlunya penyiapan
peserta didik Kelas VI SDN di desa untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris pada jenjang SMP mengetuk kepedulian Tim
PKM FBS Undiisha untuk konsisten melaksanakan Program Pendampingan dan Bimbingan Belajar Bahasa
Inggris di beberapa SDN di desa di wilayah Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali sejak tahun 2018
