Abstrak

Permasalahan sosial-emosional siswa sekolah dasar seringkali kurang mendapat perhatian, padahal faktor tersebut berpengaruh besar terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar. Guru sebagai pendidik utama di sekolah dasar dituntut tidak hanya menguasai aspek akademik, tetapi juga keterampilan konseling untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 4 Penarukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam memberikan layanan konseling sosial-emosional yang terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan keterampilan konseling dasar, pendampingan implementasi, serta evaluasi. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, catatan reflektif guru, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kapasitas guru, di mana sebagian besar guru merasa lebih siap menghadapi permasalahan siswa dan mampu menerapkan keterampilan konseling secara efektif. Evaluasi juga memperlihatkan dampak positif terhadap siswa, ditandai dengan meningkatnya keberanian mengemukakan pendapat, interaksi sosial yang lebih baik, serta motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi. Suasana kelas pun menjadi lebih kondusif sehingga mendukung terciptanya iklim sekolah yang ramah dan inklusif. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan peran guru dalam mendampingi perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa dan dapat dijadikan model pendampingan berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar lain
