Abstrak

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) penting diterapkan untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan memiliki kecakapan sosial dan emosional. Namun, implementasi SEL di sekolah dasar masih terbatas karena guru belum sepenuhnya memahami cara menyusun dan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis sosial emosional. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis SEL. Penelitian ini menyasar 33 guru SD Saraswati 3 Denpasar yang memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk belajar. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini mengikuti model INSET Joyce & Showers, yang mencakup presentasi teori, pemodelan, praktik simulasi, dan umpan balik. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan capaian baik dengan peningkatan pemahaman guru dari skor 51 menjadi 72, partisipasi aktif, serta kemampuan menyusun aktivitas sel secara optimal.  Pengabdian ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis inservice teacher training efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru terkait konsep SEL. Implikasi pengabdian ini ialah pemantauan rutin kepala sekolah terhadap rancangan pembelajaran guru serta penguatan forum belajar mengenai social emotional learning.
