DIGITALISASI PEMASARAN PRODUK LOKAL DALAM MENDORONG EKONOMI DESA PANJI, BULELENG

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha desa, khususnya Bumdes, UMKM, dan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Desa Panji, Buleleng melalui pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran produk lokal. Kegiatan dirancang untuk menjawab tantangan berupa rendahnya akses pasar produk desa serta kebutuhan akan strategi pemasaran yang inovatif dan adaptif di era digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan intensif, pendampingan pasca pelatihan, workshop desain kemasan, serta fasilitasi jejaring pemasaran dengan platform digital dan distributor lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola media sosial, marketplace, serta pengembangan konten promosi yang menarik. Selain itu, peserta berhasil merancang kemasan yang lebih profesional dan membangun kolaborasi antar pelaku usaha untuk memperluas pasar. Program ini berdampak positif terhadap penguatan ekonomi desa dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengabdian berkelanjutan untuk desa-desa lain di Indonesia.
