EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN TIKTOK BERBASIS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DALAM PEMBELAJARAN VOKASI DI KONTEKS PASCA PANDEMI

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendukung guru memanfaatkan TikTok berbasis AI dalam pembelajaran kejuruan, terutama dalam konteks pasca pandemi. Sebanyak tiga puluh guru berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini, dengan menggunakan pelatihan dalam layanan dan pendampingan sebagai metode utama. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa para pendidik merasa lebih siap untuk pengajaran kejuruan di masa depan setelah menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan AI, khususnya melalui penggunaan TikTok secara efektif sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. Guru menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan untuk fokus pada tujuan pembelajaran dan merancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan AI secara bermakna, sesuai dengan tuntutan pedagogis pasca pandemi. Refleksi para guru mengungkapkan perspektif baru tentang, integrasi teknologi tepat di pembelajaran vokasi dan penerapannya dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Mereka menekankan bahwa AI harus diadopsi esuai kebutuhan, dengan fokus pada aspek pedagogis dan teknis. Pelatihan ini efektif dan bermanfaat, serta diharapkan para guru akan terus mengembangkan keterampilan mereka dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi baru seperti AI di kelas mereka.
