PELATIHAN IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN CROME PADA GURU-GURU BIOLOGI DAN SISWA SMA DI KOTA SINGARAJA

Abstrak

Peran utama guru dalam pembelajaran adalah sebagai fasilitator dan mentor siswa belajar secara aktif. Untuk itu, guru perlu mendaptkan pelatihan dan pendapingan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran inovatif. Salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan adalah strategi pembelajaran CROME. Strategi pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan adalah memalui (a) diskusi informasi untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru biologi dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran dengan strategi pembelajaran CROME, (b) praktik membuat mind map secara online, dan (c) pendampingan dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pembelajaran CROME melalui lesson study. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada beberapa guru biologi dan siswa SMAN 1 Singaraja, SMAN 2 Singaraja, SMA Laboratorium Undiksha dan Mahasiswa calon guru biologi (Total 26 orang) menunjukkan bahwa: pengetahuan peserta tentang strategi pembelajaran CROME sangat baik (99,50), keterampilan peserta dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan strategi pembelajaran CROME tergolong sangat baik (99,80) dan respon peserta pelatihan termasuk baik.
