Abstract
Pak Min's tofu industry was founded in 1990 which is located in Jomblangan, Banguntapan, Yogyakarta. This tofu industry produces 200 kg of tofu every day with 50 kg of solid waste (pulp). The resulting solid waste is usually only wasted and little is used for animal feed mixes. Much waste is wasted making environmental problems, including odors generated around solid waste dumps. The problem is that the owner knows that Mr. Min doesn't know how to properly treat solid waste. The solution to this problem is the socialization of hazards from solid waste and how to properly treat solid waste, then training in making crackers from tofu solid waste. The method applied in the implementation of community service is a society participatory and persuasive approach. The results obtained from this service are knowledge about the dangers of solid tofu waste and crackers from tofu waste that can add value to sales and overcome environmental problems.
