Abstract

This Community Service (PPM) activity is carried out to provide additional capabilities in the field of social media-based e-commerce marketing to Small and Medium Enterprises in Buleleng District. The activities are carried out in three stages, namely the pre-activity stage, the core activity stage, and the postactivity stage. The ultimate result of activities is the increased ability of participants to use social media as a means of e-commerce marketing. The capabilities of participants include creating social media accounts, creating marketing content, managing business accounts, and managing business account content. PPM results show that participants can manage their social media accounts to be an excellent, effective, and efficient marketing tool. Also, PPM participants have been able to present information on products that are sold with an attractive appearance and additional information that is persuasive. Social media accounts that are used as a marketing tool are also increasingly known to the public, and this can be seen from the increasing number of followers and the number of account page visits based on visit data.
