Abstract

Baturiti is a part of Tabanan Regency whose position is very strategic because it has a growing tourism object and agro-tourism. The development of this tour also supports other business fields such as souvenirs and Balinese specialties, where one of them is a light dish with a variety of tasty choices. Since its establishment until now the marketing reach of Pia Sinar products is still focused in the area of Bali, due to the limited resources of both human and other resources as a support in the marketing process of its products. The marketing model is done only through information from previous buyers to other communities and uses a conventional model that is direct sales at sales outlets in the baturiti. Currently, product packaging is also very simple, using clear mica plastic so that it does not seem to be of quality or exclusive and is vulnerable to product damage at the time of shipment, whereas if it is marketed online it is used as souvenirs typical of Bali not yet considered representative in the packaging. From the conditions found in the partners, the problems that were helped to solve were financial management training aimed at helping to tidy up the recording of outlet and store sales transactions, assisting in making label re-design and packaging design so that it could be used as a light packaging brand, making an application or an online information system e-commerce that will be used as a medium for online promotion and sales, and post cashier application to facilitate sales transactions in stores, as well as equipment assistance to improve the production processĀ
