Although it has been able to penetrate the domestic market, the profit margins and the level of labor welfare are relatively not optimal. This is because the business management system from upstream to downstream is still conventional, (1) bronze material is only bought from collectors without knowing the composition of the alloy, (2) the production process of gamelan / gong is done simply, using traditional tools and human labor in the process of forging , the lack of adequate safety, safety and occupational health tools due to thermal load that is not well insulated in the perapen area (3) the heat treatment process in maintaining product quality is not implemented; (4) production, administration, finance and marketing management have not yet adopted modern management supported by ICT technology. The solution efforts made in this community partnership program are (1) realizing an ergonomic work station with ceramic fiber blanket installation and conducting science and technology transfusion into the "Gong Bali" Gamelan Handicraft UKM related to the technology of melting raw materials, printing, melting, carving, setting, packing and marketing, and (2) capacitating SME staff in mastering the competence of business management, administration, finance, production of professional Balinese gamelan / gong metal crafts with ICT support. The output targets generated from the PKM are (1) the realization of the hammer power machine unit, (2) "Multifuel furnace", and (3) increasing the competence of the production process, production SOP, (4) improving ergonomic safety, safety and health
